Jennifer (Jen) Bertolino is the Chief Consultant of CoveRock Consulting, a firm dedicated to providing tailored planning services for conferences, internal meetings, client events, and trade show activations. With an accomplished career that spans organizing a diverse range of events—from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences and conventions accommodating audiences from 25 to 45,000 attendeesJen has honed her expertise in creating memorable and impactful event experiences.
Jen’s involvement as a Director on the International Board of Governors for ILEA (International Live Events Association), has helped her leverage her deep industry knowledge to enhance standards and practices globally. She is renowned for her exceptional skill in managing complex logistics and her strategic approach to planning food and beverage strategies that elevate large-scale events and conferences.
Jen’s innovative leadership within the events industry is marked by her ability to combine strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring every event she oversees resonates with diverse audiences and achieves outstanding success. Jen was honored in 2022 by SmartMeetings Magazine as a Smart Woman in Meetings, and in 2021 as a Changemaker by MeetingsNet Magazine. She is the recipient of the ILEA Esprit Award for Best Non-Profit Event under $100,000 in 2021 and the NACE Boston award for Event Production of the Year in 2021. When she’s not assisting teams with events around the world, Jen can often be found dancing, exploring new ski slopes and traveling to unique destinations.
